We're sorry for your loss.

One page. One link.
Everyone knows what they need to.

When someone passes away, you end up making the same phone calls, sending the same texts, answering the same questions. A memorial page puts everything in one place — service times, venues, maps, and a space for people to leave their condolences.

Better than fifty phone calls

Everyone gets the same information

Service times, venues, parking, dress code — one link, no "what time was it again?" messages.

Maps and directions for every venue

People tap "Get directions" on their phone and go. No one arrives late because they couldn't find the crematorium.

A place for condolences that lasts

Facebook comments disappear in the feed. These stay. Families come back months later and read every message.

Share it however works for you

Text it, WhatsApp it, email it, put it in the newspaper notice. It's just a link — it works everywhere.

How it works

You don't need to be technical. If you can fill in a form, you can do this.

1

Livestream link

For those who can't be there in person — a clear link so they can watch from home.

Common questions

How long does it take?+
About 5 minutes if you have the details to hand. You can save as a draft and come back later — there's no rush.
Do I need any technical skills?+
None at all. If you can send a text message, you can create a memorial page. The maps are generated automatically from the address you type in.
Can I see it before I pay?+
Yes. Creating and editing is completely free. You can preview the page, change the theme, update the details — all before paying. You only pay £19.99 when you're happy and ready to make it live.
How long does it stay live?+
60 days after the funeral. After that, the page is archived. If you'd like to keep it live as a permanent memorial — a place to return to on anniversaries, birthdays, or quiet evenings — you can extend it any time for a one-off £9.99. There's a button right in your editor.
Can I edit it after publishing?+
Yes — you can update the details, add services, change the photo, or remove condolences at any time while the page is live.
Is it private?+
The page is not indexed by search engines — only people you share the link with can find it. There's no advertising, no tracking, and no social media widgets. Just the information, presented respectfully.
Can the family keep a permanent copy?+
Yes — free, any time. The memorial page has a "Download a copy" button that creates a self-contained ZIP file with the page, the photo, and every condolence message. Open it in any web browser, on any computer, with no internet connection needed. Even if mymemorial.day disappeared tomorrow, every family who's downloaded their archive still has their loved one's tribute, forever.
Is there a printable keepsake?+
Yes — once condolences have been left, the memorial page shows a "Download printable keepsake" button. It generates a beautifully formatted PDF including the photo, life details, tribute and every message. Print it for a treasured paper memento, or save it digitally to share with relatives.
Can I print an order of service for the day?+
Yes. The editor has a printable Order of Service builder. Add what's happening (Welcome, hymns, readings, prayers, eulogy, committal, closing) and we generate a 4-page A5 funeral booklet from a single A4 sheet you fold in half. A companion Hymn & Reading sheet with the full hymn lyrics, reading text and prayer wording prints alongside on A4 portrait — the things the congregation needs to follow along with. Print at home, in the office, or download the print-shop PDF (with bleed and crop marks) to send to a local printer.
Can I add a livestream?+
Yes — paste the URL into the editor any time, even on the morning of the service from your phone. YouTube and Vimeo URLs embed as a player directly on the page. Other URLs (a crematorium's stream, for example) appear as a "Watch the live service" button. Around the service time the section becomes prominent with a ● LIVE NOW indicator, so distant family can find it instantly. Don't have the URL yet? Generate a private link from the editor and forward it to whoever's doing the streaming — they paste their URL on their phone at the crematorium and the page updates in seconds, no calls to you.
What if I'd rather not have a condolence book?+
That's fine. You can turn the condolence book off entirely from the editor — the page will simply show the tribute, photo and service details without inviting messages. Same for the keepsake or archive download if you'd prefer to keep things minimal. You decide what's on the page.
What if the funeral is unattended or private?+
There's an "Unattended funeral" setting that hides all the service details from the page and replaces them with a quiet "private farewell" notice. Visitors still see the photo, tribute and condolence book, but no times or venues are shared. Service date is also stripped from social-media link previews to keep things private.
